It fizzled and finally it died. Poor computer. The burning smell coming from inside the case doesn’t augur well for its prospects of being fixed but fortunately I was fairly fastidious about external data back-ups. In the meantime, I’ll be taking a break as it’s really difficult for me to write extensively on the phone/netbook.
