work
work is what i really wantto talk about on here buti cant in case i identify myself or my team - no-one knows (apart from my favourite student nurse ever! ) that i write this blog and thats how i want it to stay.
Why?
well, it's not right to break confidentiality and to use the people i work with, service users, cares and colleagues as items for my blog.
as certain aspects of the media are more than happy to vilify public services i dont want them to be able to identify me either
so
i want to talk about the increasing incidents of staff members going on long term sick leave, the pressures of higher caseloads with more challenging service users with more complex needs, posts being frozen, agencies pulling up the rungs so people are slipping through the net unless our service picks them up -( just say no say some but that clashes with my personal and professional values, but obviously not with the agency ones! )
so i feel frustrated as i cant say what i want here and thats why sometimes the silences between posts is so long!
