Community Care has written a few pieces over the last few months about Karen Reissman, a Manchester mental health nurse sacked for speaking to the media. Her dismissal provoked a series of strikes. The latest news is that
she has abandoned her unfair dismissal case in favour of an out-of-court settlement.
