So these are the kinds of things one learns with Statcounter:

Google is everywhere. I get a "googlebot" hit on my blog every-other-day or so. Hmmm.

People really like to read the comments. I totally get that. It's like cyber-eavesdropping, right?

When you couple the words "Procter and Gamble" with "satanic company" and put it out there, someone from Procter and Gamble actually stalks your blog. Seriously. Give it a whirl. I got three hits that day from their server. I'll let you know how many show up after this posting.

There are lots of people out there that are fighting roaches. Or just Googling about them. They land on this page.

There are also LOTS of people out there looking for pictures of fat cats. Wonder why that could be? Certainly this has nothing to do with the general state of affairs right now.

There are what would appear to be honest-to-God, genuine medical sites (OK, one site) that lists my blog as a resource! Go figure! And they aren't mocking me either (scroll down a bit to "Wisdom, Blogs, etc." ) I'm wise? Someone obviously fell asleep at the wheel when they added me.

As expected, people look up "trench warfare" quite a bit and in lots of variations: trench warfare quotes, diaries of trench warfare, facts in bullet points about trench warfare (that's just lazy), recommended floor trench for conference rooms...

Someone from the US Senate Sergeant at Arms landed on my credit card rant. I wish it had been someone from Citibank. Or Procter and Gamble.

People will Google "stupid social workers". They wind up here. Karma? I think so. ->
