Random nurse (Big, deep breath and...exhale): You're a lot nicer than me if it were up to me I'd have them all shot then none of us would have to deal with them anymore--my brother's been abusing drugs for over twenty years and he's a complete loser and he uses anything he can get his hands on and he's stolen from everyone in the family--breaking in our houses and he's burned down houses and he's been in jail so many times I can't even count and once he came to this ER and he was acting like such a fool and I got furious with him and I came down here and told him if he EVER came into my hospital again I would find out where he lived and I would kill him and the stuff he's put my mother through....the man is fifty years old and he's still calling my mother every month and asking her for rent money!!
