When it is so bloody windy outside that you're forced to actually walk and park the shopping cart in the shopping cart holder six parking spaces away as opposed to just strategically placing said shopping cart between four parking places, thereby 1) preventing the annoying walk and park and 2) provding an insta-cart for one of the lucky ones who park there after your departure. ->
