You are not ever without that cruel sense of irony, are you?
Why not, for heaven's sake, take a perfectly healthy, able bodied person, not even 30, who happens to be a physical therapist, and wave upon them a stroke?
Makes sense to me seeing as they will require at least a year's worth of inpatient and outpatient therapy from physical therapists to recover. ->
