It would appear we need an object lesson in anger management.
It is definitely OK to feel angry, frustrated, hurt, and confused. We've all been there and these feelings can sometimes be completely overwhelming. You're only human and you need to channel them effectively and efficiently. I get it.
It is decidedly NOT OK, however, when feeling angry, frustrated, hurt and confused to take it out on other people. Let's just use the under-paid staff working with you as a "for instance".
It is certainly not OK to punch them. Or kick them. Or bite them. Especially all in the span of 15 seconds of one another.
Just as an aside, I think it's fair to say that said staff was not , and I quote, "being stupid" when they, you know, pressed charges against you.
That, my friend, would be an object lesson in.....
(brace yourselves for classic social work parlance)
