So.
I'm sure you all know this, but I'm going to offer you a gentle reminder, because this is the kind of concerned citizen that I am. Besides, it's a social worker's duty to try and keep people out of harm's way, right? (OK, maybe that's the police, but whatever.)
It's definitely not a good idea to a) put non-edibles (let's say a domino) in the microwave and then b) turn the microwave on.
Aside from the obvious consequences of the "OHMIGOD SOMETHING'S BURNING!!!!" reaction from everyone in the house when billows of smoke emanate from said microwave, well...it sorta kills the domino: ->
