I saw a woman recently who apparently had not a trouble in the world--all was grand! (except for that minor issue of a suicide attempt) until I got to my questions about over-spending.
Crickets.
And then the very defintion of defensiveness:
"I need the items I buy for my (home based) business!" and "I would know if I had a problem!" and my personal favorite: "I'm not like those people you see on Oprah!"
Of course you're not.
Come to find out she did have a bit of an issue.
