Didn't you know?
I've seen two different men in two days, both bi-polar, both off their meds for a while, and both delusional as hell.
One man was convinced everyone in the ER was trying to kill him. That the medi-flight called in was the ER's way of transporting him away before they did the job because then they didn't have to dispose of his body through regular channels.
So he called 911.
And the FBI.
From his ER room.
The other was convinced that every hospitalization he had ever had (and there had been well over twenty of them since he became sick) was the direct result of his former wife. She kept his phones tapped and got his mother to sign all the commitment papers, you see.
They divorced 30 years ago.
As for me, it's been kind of a nice change of scenery. ->
