Him: Manic? No, I'm not manic. I'm really not. I can tell when I am and this weekend was really weird. So I was in Arkansas with my soccer team, right? Have you heard rumors about soccer teams? What do you know about them? C'mon, I'm sure you've heard the rumors, tell me what you know. OK, so I was there, and I'm the captain so the guys look up to me, right? And after we got through playing our match one of my buddies from the other team came up to me and ask if I wanted to go out for a drink. His name is Dakota. Well, I have two friends named Dakota. This guy I know from soccer and the other I know from way back. We were roomies at one point and we used to do some serious drinking and then we would go out cruising for girls. We had a few classes together and one of them was with my favorite professor, Dr. Thompson. Man, Dr. Thompson was the best. He still is the best. Listen to this: We could go to him with any of our problems and he would help us. He did all this stuff that he wasn't supposed to do with us, right? So that made him so cool. He would drink with us, and get stoned with us. And he was so smart--I mean, he really knew his stuff. I knew his daughter. Well, I actually dated her for a while. Well, sorta. She was great--really smart, just like her dad. My dad got audited. I don't know why, something he did wrong with his paperwork when he turned it all in. It really freaked him out, man. Freaked out my mom, too, if you can imagine. Ok, so we were talking about....what was it again? Am I hyper verbal? ->
