You know that you're the very essence of a professional when you've arrived at the ER, spoken to the nurse and doc invovled with your patient, completed initial paperwork, gone in to see the patient, conducted a full assessment to the tune of almost an hour, spoken with the family, made a decision about what to do, followed-through with that desicion including making arrangements for the patient to go from Yourtown Memorial to Theirtown Memorial.........
......all done efficiently, effectively with a smile. And your fly undone. ->
