Currently an agency worker and have been seeking a perm post due to uncertainties in the agency job market. Have been in CP teams for the past two years and although stressfu at times have enjoyed the work and the crisis situations and fast paced element of the role.
Having felt I needed a role less stressful and more planned I applied for fostering and adoption roles- although very few out there in these fields. I have been offered a Perm Adoption post but now worrying that I may be going into something where I may be bored and is it a step too far back, having been qualified only a couple of years??
Any Advice welcome or any people working in Adoption that can assist.
