Hi,
I am 20 years old and have an NVQ 2 in health and social care - I worked in a residential Care home for six months but left as the money I was on was not enough however I really enjoyed the job and found it rewarding. I now work in telesales which I have done for the past two years and now I am really thinking about a career in care work and going in to community care but have few things worrying me i.e Money, garenteed hours and it being different from when I was working in a residential home, what If i decide to do it and don't enjoy it - Help please!
