How do I delete any of my posts?
You have about an hour after you make a post to delete or edit it - after that it's not possible for you to do it.
If you let me know why you want to delete a message I can take a look at it for you. Feel free to send me a private message if you prefer.

could you tell me how to send a private message. I've tried going onto biography and looking for options as recommended but 'options' isn't there.

The first thing you need to do is add the other person to your "friends", in a similar way to facebook. You can do this by clicking on their name (in blue) at the top of a post written by them. This takes you to their profile page - once you get there click on "add as a friend" which is on the top left beneath their icon. Once you have done this and they have accepted your friend request, you can click "start a conversation" just beneath it and this allows you to send a private message.
I am everyone's friend by default, so if you want to send me a message, you just need to go to my profile page and click "start a conversation". Hope that helps.
