This is just a hint about email notifications. Please do not reply to them directly! Notifications are sent automatically by CareSpace and your email will just end up going to me. Just go back to CareSpace and send your message/post your reply from there.

Is there any way of changing my email address as foolishly the address I had signed up was a student email which I no longer have use of.

Unfortunately it's not possible to change your email address or user name once you've registered. Your best bet would to register again using your new email address.

HI etamhne - thanks for getting in touch & apologies for the delay. I've raised this with our IT team to deactivate your account to a degree that lets you re-register the same email address, so will get back to you on this as soon as it's done. As you can see from the above posts our system is a bit annoying when it comes to the inflexibility of changing usernames. The quickest way to set up a new username is to register a new email address but I'll get back to you when I hear back from IT. Cheers, Andy
