Perhaps some of us are highly concerned at the lack of effort a number of people seem to make to find out information themselves - Research is not all about asking others for the answers but seeking them out oneself.
To locate information by ones own efforts often results in it being able to be stored in the memory far better and the skills developed remain useful throughout ones life.
Just 'interrogating' the Community Care website alone will produce a lot of useful information without asking on CareSpace.
Of course my additional grumpiness may be down to serious tooth infection necessitating 3 hours of dental surgery - going for the sympathy vote now you see!!!
