With a bit of variation in terms of commitment, the government has, overall, accepted Munro's review and by the end of the year is going to scrap assessment deadlines and combine initial and core assessments.
They say the pilots are going well, but do you think your department is ready for this? ....or were you all born ready for this....?

The munro report should help, but I don't think will solve many of the issues we face.
