Ok So I have been given a presentation topic for an interview. It is basically How do you see the future of personalised adult social care in the context of public service reforms. I am very confused. I know about personalisation as I do that in my current role but I have no experience of Social Work! I am going to include things like the future roles and responsibilites of SW. But it says minimum to include the impact on service users and on independent social worker led organisations? I have read a tonne of stuff but I am still clueless. Any guidence would be really appreciated :)
Hi Bubbles 10, I can suggest nothing better than looking at the SCIE website and Social Care TV on that. There are some great short videos specifically on personalisation and how it will impact the future of services. There are some for specific client groups and some for cross-group understanding. At less than 10 minutes each you'll have it nailed in a couple of videos.
