Please Help

I am applying for a Family Care Worker post with Safeguarding. The role will primarily involve supervising contact between parents and children that have been removed from parents and placed in foster care. I currently work as Family Support worker for Sure Start and work under early intervention and prevention. Could anyone please give me some tips on what to say in interview and what research I could do? My interview is Monday 14^th March 2011 please help x
