If you're fed up of receiving emails every time someone posts a reply to your comment, simply go to "edit profile" on the top left of the page. Then click on the "email" tab and click on "no" for the three email options.

In the little bar that starts with your username, it'll say edit next to your u/name, then logout etc!

Or just forward the emails from communitycare / carespace into a seperate folder, so you can delete them en-masse once you've checked everything.
