Hello
I have been invited for interview and wanted to know if anyone had experience of their selection process? Specifically the pre interview questions 'Which piece of literature has influence the way you think about Social Work most?', I am not sure if they are referring to a policy or a text book or what they mean?
Any advice about South Bank would be much appreciated, thanks!
Hi Allyoh
I have an interview at Southbank next Weds so have had the same questions to answer. I took it to mean any piece of literature e.g. newspaper article, journal article, book etc. I am going to write about one of the texts I have read - just a general introductory text to social work or may use one on anti-discriminatory practice.
I think the question is deliberately non-specific as it gives us more choice and greater scope in relation to how we answer/interpret this.
When is your interview? Best of luck with it all.
Animal Farm, The Catcher in the Rye, To kill a mocking Bird. Lord of the Flies. (Typed that Files at first which much be Freudian)
