Hi all
I have been short listed for an interview with CP family team with the LA. Any suggestions on questions that might be asked would be great! I am NQSW but have been working with Family Intervention Project since beginning of September - Both of my placements were with early intervention teams also. I have built up a good relationship with many of the SW's and managers in the LA as all the cases I am currently holding are CP with 2 being highly complex and legal. This has allowed me to gain some good experience from this but I am wanting to prepare as much as poss!!
Thanks in advance!
