Hey

I was wondering if anyone could help, I am applying for a job as a Social Worker in a Permanence and Transitions team (Children and Young People's Services) and a section of the Person Spec is to explain your understanding of the IRAT process.

I have no idea what this stands for! Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Chelle,

It took a bit of Googling to work it out, but IRAT is Integrated Referral, Assessment and Tracking. Have a nose at this:

It seems to have a little bit on what the Trafford Council IRAT process is, which might help.

Good luck with the application form, they're a pain in the bottom aren't they?! x
