I have tried to post a few times but my messages keep vanishing so hoping this one appears.

Hey there,

I have an interview on Tuesday. From the prospectus the course sounds very enticing. Have you had your interview yet? How was it?

xx

hello - i have got an interview too - not had date confirmed yet - hope to get that this week.   If you get in are you planning to live in lancaster or travel in?  I  don't know how Lancaster do their interviews.  I have had one elsewhere and had introduction to course, followed by group work, written work and then inidividual interviews - it was a long day!

I would really like to go to Lancaster as  great reputation for Social Work - fingers crossed.  Do you have much experience work wise?  I have some but not sure if enough

Hello, The interview is an individual one which lasts 20-30minutes and thats all! Seems so hard to get yourself across in such a short period of time. Have you had an interview at Chester by any chance? As the layout you outlined is the one they take. I have an interview there on Wednesday. Ive got quite abit of experience considering im only 20 haha. My biggest commitment was voluntary then paid gymnastics coach for those with physical and learning disabilities, which I did for over 4 years. I also have experience working as a crisis mentor for individuals with substance misuse issues, general volunteer for Headway (brain injury charity), care home visitor with Age Cymru, work experience in a Special School, resedential volunteering at a respite centre, childrens playscheme and various other shadowing. Im really excited about the prospect of starting the course :). Good luck with all the interviews! I'll make sure I keep you updated. xx
