My friend has worked in mental health, not sure what her degree was though.

First off don't worry - it was a relatively straight-forward interview process
The written was essentially testing your written, not the content: 1) was you had a first and last sentence and you have to fill in the middle bit.
2) was to summarise an article from the guardian on sw.
3-6) we rewriting sentences corecting grammar and spelling.
The group interview was discussing the relevance of sw values.
The individual was 9 questions. Normal ones like Why do you want to be sw, what exp do u have, what research have you done before interview.. that kind of thing.
