How do I change my nickname on my account?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your nickname once you have registered. Your only option would be to register again using a different email address.

Is this still the case? I need more anonymity, but dont want to set up another email address just for this.

It is still the case - the system doesn't support a change of nickname once one has been chosen.
Sorry about that. I know some email accounts (such as google) allow you to import all your emails from another account, so you may be able to set up an account for CareSpace and then divert any emails it receives to your existing account.
gmail and hotmail also allow for Aliases to be set up, such as johnsmith+alias@gmailhttp://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=12096 johnsmith+alias@hotmail http://www.which.co.uk/news/2011/02/hotmail-email-aliases-to-tackle-unwanted-email-244203/Aliases are excellent, as everything will go to one account johnsmith@ and can be deleted at will, thereby killing off any spam or unwanted emails!
