Has anyone come across a situation where a service user and their personal assistant is in dispute over employment issues? I know of one case but am wondering how common this is, or whether anyone has any ideas where potential problems could arise between the client and their personal assistant?

 I haven't really and but I did had problems with a service user 'poaching' a carer from a care agency and the care agency trying to pursue her through all channels to get her to pay an additional fee for 'introduction'. It was quite unpleasant..  I think generally the direct payments packages I've been involved with have been quite straightforward though.
