    Dissertation ideas

    Hi everyone

I am on the first year of the MA in Social Work and have recently been let down by the organisation that had promised me access. As a result I am now frantically trying to come up with a new idea for a dissertation, and would welcome any suggestions!

    Thanks !

    Re: Dissertation ideas

Hi I've just started my MA at Durham Uni. I suppose it depends what floats your boat. I am doing mine on therapeutic intervention evaluation with children. I would recommend looking at what you feel strongly about and look at past research and whether their is space for another approach maybe.

    Good Luck

Start by thinking through what you have studied so far, which areas have interested you most etc. Talk to other students/lecturers, maybe look at some old dissertations. You need to make sure it is something you will stay interested in!
