    Hangovers!

According to a study out today, one third of employees have admitted to having a hangover at work. We here at Community Care towers actually believe this is quite a low number. Have you ever had to go to work on a hangover? How did you cope?

Maybe Sw are just afraid to tell you as it would be another nail in our coffin we would be breathalised as well as tested for drugs.

I would imagine that most people have had a hangover at some point in their lives whilst at work, i know i have but not in my current role.

Tested for drugs? Are you serious? I'm really shocked by that. I guess the repercussions for you guys having a hangover are greater than for us hacks but everyone's human!

    Re: Hangovers!

I used to have a Saturday job in a library and went in a couple of times with a hangover.  It didn't really affect anything because my job was only shelving books so I didn't have to interact with many members of the public.

I rarely drink now if I have work the next day - I learnt my lesson after I failed a part of my social work course not long after I started due to having a huge hangover.
