Then why can't we..... and this applies to children's services as well...hear them shouting...screaming....telling the public and politicians that their services are being de-valued....and that suffering amongst the general public will increase...with less services to help them....there seems to be a deafening silence...perhaps it is because many of these senior managers are ruthlessly driving through cuts...and then telling us that they're shaping a better service.
The biggest example of...."Don't piss up my back and tell me it's raining" as exposed by the universal truth detector...common sense...I've ever come across
Yeah indeed.

Because it's a quality service on paper that seems to matter most to sn'r management.
and they're insulated from the real emotional pain by several layers of management..and also insulated from financial pain due to over inflated pay packets and pension pots...I'm talking about those at the very top...who are the only people who have license to speak for us and service users...on pain of dismissal should the likes of a frontline worker to...spill the beans to the press and public
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Quality service? At level of critical needs and no lower? Haven't heard anything so ridiculous for a while- ticking the boxes, yes, drawing the salary, yes, wanting further promotion and paying lip service to the oppressed, yes, but giving a ****? I don't think so.
