I am doing a peice of work to strengthen the social care key performance indicators in the contract with our NHS provider of mental health services. I am interested to hear from anyone who feels they are working in a truly integrated way, what are the keys to the success of integration and how is social care kept high on the agenda in those services. Also, what do social care practitioners bring to integrated services that is unique?
If there are any commissioners reading this who have successfully introduced creative, qualititative KPIs into large NHS contracts I would love to hear from you.
