I do not think any course can train you in specialisms in this instance the debate is mental health, surley people understand that training is limited to only narrow window in time, you must stop thinking that because you trainned in area you can do it, practice takes time to process and absorb and additional elements is having good coach/mentor, so dont be hard on yourslef and dont get trapped into blame and shame trap its achieves little.

Think about the human element of care required to do client worker relationship, its is process that requires careful time and care, stop being so academic emotional trauma is not easy to understand rather it is far more complex, apply yourslef to understanding humanity element and then accpet that not everything is known its hypothesis, its not theend of the world if you cannot figure it out, its not possible that the point of mental health care services, its about being fluid and working with here and now. Yes you can do it your trainning is like start pack a tool kit, its not the answer to puzzel of life situation you have infront of you.
