Perhaps people who have experiences which they could comment on, can decide which angle they are coming from .Anecdotes of any Social Worker's experience are of interest.

Bully for us all it seems - everything is 'bullying' - very convenient for our varied sensitivities.

I think the commonest form of bullying to all in the field of social work probably has to be unreasonable workloads.....passed down the pecking order in the traditional 'top down' way.
