Hi all, I am going to put this nice and simple.
After reading many links and forums on here over the last few months regarding the formation of our own Social Work Union. I can't think of a better time than now to do this. So I am asking the question who wants to assist with ideas and help?

So come on, I am prepared to put my head on the block...... grab the bull by the horns and start this process.
I also intend to raise the issue at the SWAN conference in Glasgow. I need support and some help with this as I am sure there are lots of people with ideas.
