    Here's the story . The decision's actually pretty nuanced. It says any failings identified by the GSCC were not sufficient to preclude her from registering; but before she can register an occupational psychologist will have to assess her mental health, to see whether she can cope with the stresses...

    Looks like the Care Standards Tribunal is going to back Lisa A in this case and overturn the GSCC's decision to refuse registration . We'll try and get you the full story as soon as we have it.
