Older people with sight loss ‘isolated’

The needs of older people who have late onset sight loss are not
being met, according to a new study.

The research, carried out on behalf of independent housing and care
provider Thomas Pocklington Trust, finds that many older people
with sight loss suffer from anxiety, depression and social
isolation.
