Media have created asylum moral panic

Over half the visitors to Community Care‘s website think
some newspapers have engineered a moral panic about asylum
seekers.

Fifty-seven per cent said the negative coverage of asylum seekers’
issues influenced people’s views, with 43 per cent
disagreeing.
