Staff shortages put joint working at risk

Three-quarters of visitors to Community Care‘s website say
staff shortages are threatening the cohesion of multi-disciplinary
teams.

Seventy-six per cent said recruitment problems affected joint
working with only 24 per cent disagreeing.

A Royal College of Nursing report suggested staff shortages were
damaging the single assessment process for older people in
Scotland.
