Debate on the new commission for equality and human rights

We asked:- Is the remit of the new commission for
equality and human rights – covering disability, race, gender,
sexuality, religion and human rights – too big for it to be a
success?

I think it is only sensible that all forms of discrimination are
dealt with by the same body.  This should mean there is consistency
across the areas, and it is more organised and more efficient than
having these issues split up and dealt with separately.
