School bullies are influenced by the aggressive behaviour of characters in TV soaps, researchers have claimed.
Characters such as Eastenders’ hardmen Grant and Phil Mitchell are adult role models for some children and their boorish antics are being copied in the playground, according to the Brunel University study.
