* In recent cases of neglect that you may have come across, list the observations that led you or your agency to designate these cases as cases of neglect.

* In retrospect, do you believe that neglect was an accurate description of precisely what was happening to the children? Were there other more specific forms of abuse, eg emotional abuse, psychological abuse, that you think may have been more precisely and more accurately applied?
