* Consider how these issues are addressed by the proposed national framework and whether it resolves them (45 minutes).
* What are the strengths and weaknesses of the decision-support tool issued alongside the national framework (1 hour)?
* What, if any, issues arise in the proposed scrapping of the three bands for NHS funded nursing care and their replacement with a flat rate average cost (45 minutes)?
* What challenges might arise in implementation of the framework, and how can these be resolved (1 hour)?
