& BUILDING CONCIERGE SERVICE (LOT 2)

The London Borough of Lewisham is inviting applications from suitably experienced and qualified service providers wishing to successfully bid for the following tenders:

• Lot 1 – Day Service for BME Older Adults;
• Lot 2 – Building Concierge Service; 

The London Borough of Lewisham currently commissions a range of different services for Older Adults within the Borough.  Providers can bid to provide services for one or both Lots advertised..

Tenderers will be selected on the basis of experience, capability, creativity, ability to deliver added social value, quality and safety standards, and financial standing.
