The calendar features 12 winning images from Community Care’s second social care photography competition, which is sponsored by Caritas recruitment.

The competition is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of professionals and service users and is judged by a panel of social care leaders.

The stars of this year’s overall winning entry were Agnes and James from the Scottish Dementia Working Group. Both have a diagnosis of dementia and have worked tirelessly to tackle stigma surrounding the condition.

Other winners include photographs of a trip to the seaside in Morecambe with Autism UK, the positive impact of a community social work project in Whitstable, and the joy of baking in one of Waltham Forest Council’s residential homes.
