With the advent of new unitary authorities, increasing
membership of the Association of Directors of Social Services by
23, a new directory with photographs is on its way.

It appears the new authorities, despite warnings of reduced
budgets, have found the necessary finance to produce some rather
beautiful portraits of all of their new social services
directors.

The large local authorities still exhibit their social services
directors via grubby old passport-size pics in the existing
directory.
