Who says conference evaluation forms are a waste of time?
Herbert Laming, chief inspector of the Social Services
Inspectorate, for one.
At the second Department of Health conference on care leaving
services in London, Laming revealed that the evaluation of the
first Bolton event found the majority of complaints were about the
lack of pudding after lunch. But this was one evaluation process
the DoH took note of – there were plenty of cakes available at the
London conference.
