New advice from executive on regulation of care services

Care providers are to receive an advice leaflet from the
Scottish executive outlining new national arrangements for
regulating care services under the Regulation of Care (Scotland)
Act, which comes into force on 1 April.

The leaflet, ‘Care Regulation is Changing’, aims to inform care
providers about the new system and how it will operate. It will be
issued to all care providers who are already regulated, and those
who will be regulated by the Care Commission.
