Majority welcome specialised posts

Most visitors to the Community Care website support the
end of generic social work and the introduction of specialised
professional posts.

Fifty-nine per cent of visitors welcomed the posts, put forward
last week by health secretary Alan Milburn at the National Social
Services Conference.
